Shipping:
Please note that due to the fact that some of our items are shipped directly from the manufacturer you may recieve multiple packages if ordering more than one item. CBO offers a flat shipping rate of $6.99 on all orders except for artwork which has a flat shipping rate of $10.00. Orders over $100.00 get free shipping.
Returns/Exchanges:
CBO strives for excellent customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase kindly contact us within 7 (seven) business days from the receipt of your order and we will do our best to make you happy.
Although we hope you will delighted with your purchase, we understand that returns do happen. We have a 30 day return/exchange policy. Returns after 30 days will be issued a store credit and will be charged a 20% restocking fee. In the event of a return, please contact us for a return authorization number. Packages that are returned without a return authorization number will not be accepted. When returning an item, please make sure that it is returned in the original packaging and is in new, unwashed, unused and unworn condition with all tags attached (CBO has the right to decide if an item may have been worn or used due to, but not limited to, a smell or stain.) Please ship your items back via a carrier that gives you proof of shipping and a tracking number. We also suggest that you insure your return package as we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages.Once we receive your item you will be credited for the amount of the item minus shipping costs. Shipping costs are not refunded when an item is returned.
Product Submission:
If you or someone you know has a product that you feel would fit into our boutique we would love to hear from you. CBO looks for unique items that are high quality and not mass produced. Although we do receive many product submissions we do go through each one.
